Sponsorship & Fundraising Committee

This committee is active year-round and takes care of all of the planning for fund raising events, tracking contacts/results, complimentary tickets and thank you letters as well as organizing the approach for obtaining sponsorships, tracking contacts/results and preparing sponsorship letters/forms. The optimum number of members working on obtaining Sponsorship would be 3 or 4 along with the entire club sharing their knowledge of contacts. A vivacious out-going personality would be an asset for this work!
